Haines Gipson and Associates provided engineering services in working this 156,000 SF tilt-up warehouse in Savannah, GA with 2-story office spaces created utilizing rail box cars. Stacked boxcars were modified to create conference rooms, offices, and extend through front wall providing a unique architectural feature.
