DESCRIPTION

Haines, Gipson & Associates, Inc. provided the Structural Engineering services for an extensive fast-tracked renovation project within this 4-story mall. The challenges presented for this project included infilling a large floor area, adding escalators / elevators at levels 2 and 3 (supported by structure over tenants remaining in operation below), deep foundation upgrades, re-support of existing precast veneer, extensive renovation at the entry, new delivery garage / freight elevator on lowest level, and new mechanical systems on the roof.
