HGA provided structural engineering services for this building which was originally designed as a 328,000 sq-ft spec warehouse but several areas of the building were redesigned during the construction process to accommodate the new tenant Wellmade Flooring which included cranes, silos, & specialty equipment to manufacture tile flooring.
