DESCRIPTION
Haines, Gipson & Associates provided engineering services for the 217,000 SF development. The development features several inline and standalone anchors as well as shops. With close proximity to the campus of The University of Alabama, Paul Bear Bryant’s famous hound’s tooth pattern was used as an accent in several of the building’s brick façade.
