DESCRIPTION
Haines Gipson & Associates provided engineering services for the Glenwood Place shopping center in the dense and historic Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta. Anchored by a freshly opened 118,000 SF Kroger, the project will house 175,000 SF of apartments, senior housing, retail space, and restaurants. Glenwood Place went through rigorous review by the City of Atlanta and bordering neighborhoods. The highly acclaimed Beltline bicycle and pedestrian path will cross through Glenwood Place, thus the plans included a section of the path on the site for future tie-in.
