DESCRIPTION
Haines Gipson & Associates provided engineering services in creating the Publix Anchored development university commons. The award winning development overlooks the Tennessee River. The development includes a 3-story 660,000 Sf parking deck with retail on the top level for CHM, LLC. A dual lane truck bridge serves as the ramp to allow delivery access to the Anchor tenants at the rear. The construction budget was $48M.
