DESCRIPTION

Haines Gipson and Associates provided site / civil design services for the 340,000 square foot Primerica International Headquarters building and campus on the 40 acre site in Duluth, Georgia. The project included a 1,500 car parking lot, over a mile of access roads and a bridge that will be dedicated to Gwinnett County at the completion of construction and substantial roadway and widening improvements to Meadow Church Road. The project design also included the design of infrastructure and sidewalks on the dedicated county roads, the design of associated storm water collection and conveyance systems, BMP’s, stormwater management systems, and other storm water pollution control and prevention measures. In addition to the engineering design services, HGA also provided local municipal and state permitting assistance and construction administration services for the Site/Civil portions of the project.
