DESCRIPTION

Haines Gipson and Associates provided structural engineering services on this $10M new SE HQ and Distribution Hub for the logistics firm – Kuehne + Nagel. Our client was Duke Realty. Unique characteristics of this project were the sloped clerestory entry vestibule and the 2-story high tilt-up framing for the elevated office space inside. The 6 week design time frame was very aggressive, but clear communication was maintained between all disciplines during the weekly job status meetings at Duke HQ.
