LINDBERGH PLAZA PARKING DECK

DESCRIPTION

HGA provided site / civil design services for a 2-level, 351 space parking deck that services the Lindbergh Plaza development. Our services included the site layout of the parking spaces to ensure adequate traffic flow for the retail centers. We ensure that the parking deck met all the fire-truck access requirements as well as all of the zoning and parking considerations from the City of Atlanta. We also provided drainage design for all the storm water inside the deck and its connection to outside infrastructure.
