Haines Gipson & Associates is providing engineering services in helping to create the new Kennesaw Marketplace. The 50 acre mixed use development will be located on the corner of Cobb and Barrett Parkway. The marketplace will include a wide variety of retail stores and restaurants, multi family senior living, residential facility with 190 units catering to residents 55 and older and will be anchored by a Whole Foods Market.
