Haines, Gipson & Associates, Inc. provided the structural engineering services for the Rosewood Plantation apartment community located in Norcross, Georgia.  The community consists of 152 units housed in (7) separate buildings consisting of 2 story, 2 and 3 story split, and 3 and 4 story split structures

$14.8 million

- Aurora Award and Grand Aurora Award from the Southeast Builders Conference       for “Best Rental Apartment Community” in the Southeast
