DESCRIPTION
Haines Gipson & Associates provided engineering services for this 69,000 SF, 3-story medical office building. The construction budget was $10M. The structural system was a bar joist / beam roof, composite steel beam elevated floors, wide flange columns, and shallow foundations. Steel moment frames rimmed the perimeter given the high level of glass on the building envelope.
