Office facilities play a key role in the productivity of their occupants. The LEED program has begun to address these roles and HGA coordinates with the design team to not only meet these requirements, but to exceed them. Structurally, office buildings require systems that allow for large openings in exterior walls, minimal interior columns, and elevated floors accomodating future modifications to floor plans.
