DESCRIPTION

The renovation to the out-dated shopping center involved complete and partial demolition of existing units to make room for two new 15,000 sq-ft furniture stores (Bassett and Thomasville). Some of the challenging work included relocating existing bearing walls, replacing existing roof structure, and adding parapets and mechanical equipment to the existing roof structure. The entry element to an existing Upton’s building was also replaced with a new entry element.
