HGA provided engineering services for this 14,000 sq-ft, 3-story Lab addition to be tied into the adjacent 1970’s wing.

Project Challenges:

• The roof contained a large mechanical penthouse to satisfy the Lab requirements below
• A radial elevated walkway serves as the connector between the buildings
• Terrain and close proximity to other structures dictated a series of basement foundation walls on the lower level
