Experience: Randy has over 25 years of Structural engineering and management experience. After joining Guillebeau Britt & Haines in 1984, Randy assumed the role of principal in charge for the Atlanta Structural engineering department in 1991. In 1994, the firm underwent a name change to its current status. During Randy’s career, he has stressed market diversification for the firm based on solid engineering combined with attention to service. Randy’s viewpoint through the client’s eye of critical milestones and construction budgets, have enabled HGA to maintain long term client relationships and a reputation for reliability.
