PIEDMONT PERFORMING ARTS

DESCRIPTION

Haines Gipson & Associates provided engineering services in helping build the The Swanson Center for the Performing Arts for Piedmont College. The 56,000 SF facility was built on a site of 53 Acres. The facility houses a performing arts theater for approximately 350 with a full working stage, black box theater, and a set construction facility. The facility houses studios for television, radio and newsprint along with a screening room theater, news “bullpen”, editing suites and other associated areas.
