The largest Lawrenceville campus project required renovations to convert the old animal control and testing building (Bldg A) to a new high tech office and classroom space. The renovations included demolishing existing masonry animal control spaces, adding overhead catwalk systems, infilling incinerator pits, reworking existing dock areas, adding ramps and new entry features, altering existing dock doors, performing remedial measures on existing structural problem areas, and revising / upgrading the roof elements (skylights, chiller system, and RTU’s). The actual work for this project was performed Design-Build versus Design Bid.
