Project Description:
The owner's desire for stacked big-box retail required a multi-level parking structure which also supported retail buildings.  HGA served as the EOR on this project and coordinated with Tindall Corporation to provide a total precast solution infilled with steel and masonry for retail occupants.  The total elevated parking structure was in the neighborhood of 400,000 sq-ft.
