During Clay’s career, he has stressed that service will always be the key to success for the firm but that it had to be backed up by solid engineering principles. Listen to your client and build a solid relationship based on mutual trust and open communication, but never at the expense of your integrity. Mean what you say and say what you mean.  Through the years Clay has had the privilege to work with some of the most prominent development companies and national chain stores in the country. He also takes great pride in the staff he has assembled here at Haines Gipson and welcomes the opportunity to showcase what they can do.
